(a) When you first apply to be a member with The Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australasia, or when you make an inquiry about , we request information such as your name, home and surgery address, home and surgery telephone number, home and surgery fax number, domain name, email details, and your area of interest in cosmetic medicine.
2.2 Non personally identifying information.
(a) In addition to the information you specifically provide above, The Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australasia operates statistics gathering software on its web site to collect information about the number of visitors coming to the site.
